Yorkshire based used car specialist branch into bespoke retail offering

Following what has been a successful 2 years, dynamic duo Phil and Natalie, Directors of Spencer Flint Automotive, have decided to open a fully bespoke retail arm of the business.

They are offering an appointment-only, 1-2-1 experience, to fully understand the customers requirements and to ensure that their every need is catered for. Set within rolling Yorkshire countryside, the facility is designed to have a boutique, premium feel and promises to offer a completely customer-centric experience.

Alongside this, there will also be the option of buying a vehicle online or over the phone and having it delivered anywhere in the UK.

Phil and Natalie spotted a gap for a more customer-centric service which will be run alongside their stellar B2B trade offering. With 20 years of expertise, the company expects to see a large takeup as people are looking for less of a ‘one size fits all’ service and more of a bespoke and personalised offering.

The physical showroom will offer both an in and out-of-hours service, offering customers flexibility to shop the company’s range of cars or discuss the opportunity of sourcing a vehicle, if they are looking for something specific. Alongside this, the brand will extend its customer promise of a quibble-free service with no hidden fees or gimmicks, with their nationwide drop-off available across all new and existing services.

Phil Johnston, director comments “We have seen a need for a more personal and tailored service around the purchase of a vehicle. I have lost count of the number of customers who feel that their needs are not fully met. The feedback is predominantly that they would favour a consultative approach to being a cog in a sales process, which is what we aim to provide.

“As the business has grown, now felt like the right time to launch our retail offering. We are absolutely confident that our refreshing approach, years of experience, premium facilities and bespoke solutions will blow a typical showroom experience out of the water.”
