Newcastle marketing group announces raft of promotions amid expansion plans
Newcastle based global performance marketing group, N21, has announced 13 promotions across Global Affiliate & Partnership Marketing agency Silverbean and Content Performance & Digital PR agency NORTH.
This includes four senior promotions across the group, including: Nic Yates to Associate Director, Dominic Apes to Head of Marketing, Bex McNiven to General Manager and Katie Stewart to Interim Head of Performance.
The latest round of promotions reflects the group’s commitment to ‘recognising and rewarding excellence at all levels of the business’. This includes two newly created roles, Rebecca Marley to partner performance senior and Rachel Utting to CSR and engagement consultant.
The newly promoted team members include:
- Nic Yates to associate director at Silverbean
- Dominic Apes to head of marketing at N21
- Bex McNiven to general manager at Silverbean
- Katie Stewart to interim head of performance at NORTH
- Els Stafford to account director at Silverbean
- Rebecca Marley to partner performance senior at Silverbean
- Anna Barry to affiliate marketing manager - people partner at Silverbean
- Abby Ward to senior affiliate marketing manager at Silverbean
- Mason Moorhouse to affiliate marketing manager at Silverbean
- Isha Shah to affiliate marketing manager at Silverbean
- Rachel Utting to CSR and engagement consultant at N21
- Thomas Brooks to people and development consultant at N21
- Jack Eckels to graphic designer at N21.

N21 was founded in 2002 by CEO Neil Robbins and encompasses three specialist agencies operating under the N21 banner. This includes Silverbean, the group’s affiliate marketing agency, NORTH, the group’s digital PR and content performance agency and Ortus, the group’s paid marketing agency and shared services team overseeing people and finance.
