Will Lawther, Vail Williams
Property consultancy Vail Williams has hired an experienced occupier advisory specialist as regional business demand continues to drive expansion.
Will Lawther has been appointed as Partner in the firm’s London office, based in Soho, from where he will provide full-service property advice. He joins from London-based Turner Morum, where he spent almost a decade, following spells with Keningtons LLP and Evans & Payne.

Naomi Woods, Weightmans
National law firm Weightmans has welcomed Naomi Woods as the firm continues to expand and enhance its International Private Wealth offering.
Naomi has over 13 years’ experience advising businesses, families and individuals in all aspects of structuring and protecting their private wealth, with standout expertise in agriculture and rural affairs, and the administration of complex estates which includes high net worth and diverse assets including landed estates and family businesses. She also provides strategic tax planning and advice on succession.
She is also a fully qualified STEP (Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners) and a member of the Agricultural Law Association.

Michael Lightfoot & Kieran McCarthy, Gateley
Gateley has appointed two partners to lead its growing international arbitration practice as its capabilities across international dispute resolution expand.
Michael Lightfoot and Kieran McCarthy, both of whom join Gateley from Clifford Chance, will build upon Gateley’s existing services within international arbitration and commercial litigation to develop a comprehensive, targeted and multi-jurisdictional practice for clients dealing with strategic international disputes.
Richard Healey, Gateley’s head of Business Services, said: “I am delighted to welcome Michael and Kieran during what is proving to be an exciting period for Gateley.”
