Matt Goodwin and Jessica Rosevear - EXTE

EXTE, one of Europe’s fast growing adtech businesses, has announced the appointment of two key hires as part of its rapid expansion into the UK market; Matt Goodwin joins as Commercial Director, and Jessica Rosevear as Head of Publisher Business Development.

Matt Goodwin will play a pivotal role in accelerating the company’s growth and market presence in the UK. Matt joins EXTE after a successful tenure as Business Director at Azerion, where he led the GroupM hub for six years. With an impressive track record in the digital advertising industry, Matt brings a unique skill set and perspective to EXTE’s team.

Matt commented: “Marketeers need to ensure they make every moment count. My decision to join EXTE was driven by its distinctive advantage in this area, combining leading contextual platforms in EMEA with bespoke creative and branded content from some of the best minds in the business.

Jessica Rosevear joins the publishing side of the business. She brings almost 15 years of industry experience with her, having worked in various roles in the adtech industry, both agency and in-house.

Her most recent role involved managing the publisher portfolio in the UK and France for Azerion/Inskin. Jessica’s experience building robust, long-term partnerships with publishers and agencies makes her a hugely valuable addition to the team.

Jessica added: “After witnessing the rapid growth of EXTE and the impressive results its technology and creativity have achieved for publishers and brands, I am thrilled to be joining the team and looking forward to growing the supply side of the business in the UK.”

Martin O’Donoghue - RDCP Group

London based investment firm RDCP Group has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Martin O’Donoghue as its Chief Legal Officer.

In this role, Martin will lead legal matters on all mergers and acquisitions, strategic exits, joint ventures, corporate finance, and commercial contracts at RDCP, along with providing legal counsel on the development of RDCP’s future growth strategy.

Prior to joining RDCP, Martin worked with Founders Sameer Rizvi and Iryna Dubylovska on many of the firm’s acquisitions, including Intelling and Pexion. Martin has over 20 years of legal experience, having advised clients on commercial transactions in the UK, Ireland, the US, Europe, Africa and Asia.

Martin previously worked at Teacher Stern and Eversheds. He is consistently recognised by the Legal 500 for advising on M&A transactions. Martin studied Business and Law at University College Dublin and is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales and the Law Society of Ireland. Martin also has an MBA.

Chris Tyrer - Asset Reality

Asset Reality, the world’s only platform that helps governments and authorities manage criminal, physical and digital assets in one place, has appointed Chris Tyrer to its board of directors. Chris brings with him experience from almost two decades holding senior roles at Fidelity Digital Assets and Barclays.

During his time at Fidelity, Tyrer served as President of Fidelity’s Digital Asset Management unit, before being asked to lead global efforts for the institutional business. Whilst there, Tyrer played a vital role in rapidly building out Fidelity’s digital assets business.

Prior to joining Fidelity Digital Assets, Tyrer spent over a decade working at Barclays as Global Head of Crude Oil Trading and Head of Commodities Trading, before gaining recognition for his part in leading Barclays’ cryptocurrency efforts in his new role of Head of Digital Assets Projects.

Chris commented: “As I have gotten to know Aidan and the team at Asset Reality over the last several years, I have been continually impressed with their strategic vision and business execution. Asset recovery firms and law enforcement agencies are facing unique challenges posed by the rise of crypto-assets.
