New partnership will provide a one-stop shop for workplace health and safety needs

A new partnership between health and safety experts will ensure companies get a comprehensive one-stop solution for their training and compliance needs.

Stoke-on-Trent based companies BPA Safety and You Can Do It. Training have signed an agreement to work in partnership.

“We want to create a one-stop shop for all health and safety needs, working with Darren Bedson and the team at BPA Safety” explained Jon Taylor, of You Can Do It.“

“You Can Do It has a team of experienced training professionals, while BPA has a fabulous reputation for risk assessments, safety audits and consultancy, built over more than a decade. “In addition, Darren is highly respected and as a Fellow of IOSH (the leading industry body), he’s mentored many other safety professionals in their career development.

“But the main focus here is on customers, and we’re confident that joint working will give companies the best possible solution for their needs.”

With premises in Leek Road, Stoke, BPA Safety’s team of eight provide services to companies across the UK, including building sites, factories, offices, and public buildings.

Darren said: “Our business sweet spot is delivering on site advice and guidance and I’m a great believer in business concentrating on core activities, so that means we generally contract out any requests for training.

“I’ve known key members of the You Can Do It team for several years and I’m confident that a partnership represents the best possible solution for BPA’s customers.”

You Can Do It is a success story born out of adversity. The senior members of the team previously worked with a training company which, in 2022, made all its staff redundant. It offers a wide range of training courses to companies, either in their own workplace, or at their offices and training suite, at the Bridge Centre, Stoke-on-Trent.
