Accountancy firm marks growth in Yorkshire with Leeds office recruitment drive
Top 50 accountancy firm, DJH Mitten Clarke, has launched a recruitment drive for its Leeds office.
DJH Mitten Clarke, which has continuously expanded its headcount within the last year, is now growing its presence in Yorkshire, and is looking to recruit.
Claire Howarth, Director, who heads up the Leeds office, commented: “At DJH Mitten Clarke, we pride ourselves on our people-first approach, looking after our team and maintaining an environment that provides them with the opportunities needed to develop and grow.
“Our number one goal as a business is to create a great place to work and learning and development form a key part of our approach, having seen over 100 exam passes and 10 promotions across the Group within the last 12 months alone.
“We’ve also invested heavily in technology not only to deliver a great service for our clients, but also heighten the day-to-day experience for our team ensuring they have the very best tools to be at their best.”
Claire added: “We’re thrilled to be on the lookout for brilliant people at all levels who align with our values and can provide exceptional client service to help drive the Group’s success in the Yorkshire region.”
The firm has already had a successful year of growth, both organic and through acquisition, with Leeds based Novis & Co and Cheshire based Morris & Co taking on the DJH Mitten Clarke name, as well as announcing their journey to become a more sustainable accountancy business, as they aim to achieve B Corp certification.
