Pneuma Group strengthens team ready for expansion
Teesside-based Pneuma Group has added to its staff team to deliver a pipeline of new property deals and ambitious plans to expand its portfolio of businesses.
The parent company of the acclaimed Middlesbrough game development company Double Eleven has appointed a business administrator as it develops the group business expansion in line with its ambitions to revitalise the region through targeted investments and acquisitions.
Kay Kendall, who has taken on the role, has responsibility for providing support across the Pneuma Group.
Pneuma Group recently announced its acquisition of leading eatery SIX at Baltic and MD Keith Nicholson said: “As the Pneuma Group expands and the business and property transactions become larger and more complex, it is essential to have an administration function with the level of skills and capability as Kay has to help us in our first years of operation.”
Kay previously worked within the NHS as well as in business administration roles in the private sector and completed her training during her time with a GP practice in Stockton.
Keith added: “This is a wide-ranging and challenging role that will allow Kay to exercise all of the skills and experience she has built up in her career so far.”
Commenting on her appointment Kay said: “I am delighted to have been welcomed into the Pneuma team, and I can’t wait to get started on the breadth and depth of work that the role entails.
“The group is at an exciting time and has significant plans ahead and to be a part of that is a great opportunity for me to deploy my skills and lead the administration of the group.”
