Hartlepool venture aims to optimise firms' successes
An experienced duo have launched a venture to help hospitality and construction operators thrive.
Jonathan Graham and Phil Gilbraith have founded Optimisation Solutions.
The Hartlepool-based endeavour provides supply chain and internal process support, as well as guidance on sales, customer experience and refurbishments.
The pair, who have more than 30 years’ experience between them, add its unique services “move away from the limitations of off-the-shelf solutions.”
Jonathan, a seasoned hospitality professional, said: “We aren't going to tell businesses to serve oysters and chateaubriand.
“Having run pubs, hotels and restaurants, also a brewery and distillery over the years, this was an ideal opportunity to pass on my knowledge.”
He added Optimisation Solutions goes beyond traditional industry stereotypes and barriers, revealing he and Phil tap into their extensive network of contacts to help businesses optimise supply chains.
It also helps construction SMEs with health and safety management systems, providing internal compliance support and help with applications to external industry accreditation schemes.
Phil, an expert in health, safety and management systems from time in the oil and gas and petrochemical industries, said: “We saw a gap in the market.
“Many local businesses lacked the connections to access the national network and the specialised expertise they needed to thrive.
“The formula is our experience and knowledge.
“I have an extensive catalogue of documents and management system packages that have taken years to collate and polish.”
