Schofield Sweeney grows corporate team with trio of appointments
Award-winning commerical law firm Schofield Sweeney, which has offices in Bradford, Leeds, Huddersfield and London, has expanded its corporate team with a trio of appointments, as the firm continues to go ‘from strength to strength’.
Saby Sambhi has joined the firm from Blacks Solicitors LLP as a director, while Ben Stephens has joined as a solicitor from Weightmans, with specialisms including acquisitions and disposals, management buyouts and buy-ins, franchising and pre-pack insolvency transactions.
Meanwhile Liam Murphy, who started his training contract with Schofield Sweeney in September 2022, has qualified as a solicitor into the corporate team, where he has been based for the past year.
Sambhi has over a decade of experience acting for a range of clients, with extensive experience in the holiday and home parks, manufacturing and tele-communication industries.
