Muckle LLP expands real estate team with solicitor

Newcastle-based law firm Muckle LLP has welcomed Jessica Gray as a newly qualified solicitor in its real estate team.

With one of the North’s most prominent commercial property teams, Muckle LLP continues to grow across key practice areas.

Jessica, who completed her law studies at Northumbria University after a history degree from Birmingham, now supports clients with leases, sales, purchase agreements, and property finance transactions.

She said: “Real estate was the first seat of my training contract at Muckle. I had enjoyed studying property law at university and I knew it was an area I wanted to experience in practice.

“Working in a larger team offers a great balance between variety of work and structured processes. I’ve had plenty of support from the full team throughout my training contract and I’m looking forward to taking on more responsibility as a qualified lawyer.  

“I’m also passionate about diversity and inclusion and keen to work with schools across the local area to help develop talent through training and apprenticeships. Being from the North East, I believe it’s important to engage with people from different backgrounds across the region to open up opportunities.”
