Primas Law, a leading North West corporate law firm that specialises in employment, real estate and construction, insolvency, litigation and corporate and commercial, has bolstered its Liverpool office with the appointment of Jennifer Gallagher as corporate partner.
Jennifer, who brings over 15 years’ experience in corporate law, will focus on enhancing the firm’s presence in Liverpool and the wider region. Her expertise spans domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and joint ventures.
Having spent much of her legal career in Liverpool, Jennifer also brings international experience from four years in Dubai, where she specialised in corporate transactions and foreign direct investments.
Jennifer said: “I was really excited by the opportunity to join the Primas team and support their plans to further grow their presence in Liverpool as well as the wider North West.
“The firm’s team and corporate offering comes highly recommended by clients and contacts alike, and I’m really looking forward to using my knowledge of Liverpool’s business community to further enhance our reputation here in the city.”
Primas Law established its Liverpool office in the Royal Liver Building in 2022 and has since grown its reputation and client base in the city.
Adam Kerr, managing partner, added: “We’re delighted to welcome Jennifer to the team.
“As soon as we all met Jennifer it was clear that she was going to fit perfectly into the team. As an added bonus, Jennifer has hit the ground running, getting stuck into plenty of client work.
“As a firm, we continue to be incredibly excited about the opportunities for growth in Liverpool. Jennifer’s appointment will help us turbo-charge our already ambitious plans."
