Trust Electric Heating celebrates double triumph
A Yorkshire-based heating company has achieved a double triumph at an industry event.
Trust Electric Heating secured the 'Small Company Achievement Award' and the 'Collaboration of the Year Award' at the Heating and Ventilation Awards, held at the London Hilton Metropole.
The company was recognised for its NEOS electric radiator system, developed in partnership with the University of Leeds, which has cut energy consumption by more than 50 per cent in student accommodations while enhancing comfort and reducing costs.
Featuring patented cool-wall technology, the NEOS radiator saves up to 59.4 per cent on energy bills compared to standard electric radiators and extends product life by 250 per cent, allowing users to replace individual parts or change colours without discarding the entire unit.
Founded in 2014 by Scott and Fiona Conor, Trust Electric Heating has experienced year-on-year growth of more than 500 per cent, investing £2.3 million in the past year to expand manufacturing and innovation facilities.
Fiona said: “We are absolutely thrilled to receive these awards, which are a testament to the passion, innovation, and dedication of the entire Trust family to become the UK’s leading electric heating company.
“Our collaboration with the University of Leeds has been a rewarding journey, and we’re proud to see the NEOS system making such a meaningful impact on energy efficiency and student comfort.
“These awards, one of the biggest in our industry, celebrate not just our achievements, but the shared commitment to sustainability and innovation that drives everything we do at Trust Electric Heating.”
