A Newcastle-based legal services provider is helping boost local enterprise through a £1000 donation to Reviving the Heart of the West End (RHWE).
Marking 25 years in business, X-Press Legal Services Newcastle contributed to RHWE’s Olive Fund, which provides seed funding grants to support aspiring entrepreneurs in launching their businesses.
The donation will directly benefit ten individuals, covering essential start-up costs such as equipment and promotional materials.
Sean Collier, X-Press director, said: “We are delighted to support Reviving the Heart of the West End in the great work they do in empowering individuals to start their own businesses.
“Small businesses are the backbone of our economy, and we’re proud to help people in our community turn their ideas into reality.”
The RHWE Olive Fund offers financial support, alongside workshops, mentorship and resources to local entrepreneurs.
Alexandra Johnson, RHWE chief executive, added: “We are incredibly grateful to X-Press Legal Services for their generous donation.
“This funding will make a real difference for the individuals we support, helping them overcome financial barriers and providing a strong foundation for their business ventures.
“With this support, we can help aspiring entrepreneurs take their first steps towards a sustainable and successful future here in Newcastle.”
