mfg Solicitors strengthens residential development team

Midlands-based mfg Solicitors has expanded its residential development team with the appointment of senior associate Paul Harris.

Paul, a specialist in residential development, will be based at the firm’s Worcester office and will work alongside Rhiannon Clark, partner and head of residential development.

With over a decade of experience, Paul has represented a range of clients, including PLC housebuilders and promoters. He is well-regarded for his expertise in strategic and immediate land promotion, as well as developer acquisition and disposal.

He said: “My roots are in the area, and my experience with some of the biggest housebuilders, promoters and landowners mean there are exciting times ahead at mfg.

“I look forward to working with Rhiannon and Becky to grow the residential development practice area through my network of existing contacts and increasing that reach further.”
