Switalskis promotes talent across key departments
Switalskis has promoted 17 team members across ten departments, recognising talent in both legal and support teams.
Seven individuals step into senior associate roles, including Rosie Dodds (personal injury), Kate Gelder (clinical negligence), Danielle Smithurst and Nichola Burridge-Todd (Court of Protection), Sharon Woodward (wills and probate), Saima Ul-Haq (commercial property), and Ian Alderson (IT).
Meanwhile, clinical negligence specialists Heather Kolar, Paisley Laws, Chantelle Cooper, and Kimberley Bradfield become associates, alongside Samantha Downes (family law), Maria Dallas (personal injury), Clare Wraight (costs), Rafal Siwocha (IT), and property development specialists Emma Millington and Ellie Johnson.
These promotions come through Switalskis’ career development programme, which ensures a transparent path for professional growth.
