Reflo and Jaguar race towards sustainability
A sustainable sportswear brand is accelerating its impact in motorsport fashion with a new high-performance collection for a Formula E racing team.
Doncaster-based Reflo has partnered with Jaguar TCS Racing to launch the official team kit for the 2025 ABB FIA Formula E World Championship, which begins this Friday (February 14) at the inaugural Jeddah E-Prix.
Designed with recycled materials and incorporating Reflo’s innovative circular apparel technology, known as Reloop, the collection reduces textile waste while maintaining top-tier performance.
Rory MacFadyen, co-founder of Reflo, said: “At Reflo, we believe that sustainability and high performance should go hand in hand.
“Our collaboration with Jaguar TCS Racing represents a major step forward in bringing innovative, recycled, and fully recyclable sportswear to the world of motorsport.
“By implementing our Reloop technology, we’re not only reducing textile waste but also setting new standards for sustainable apparel in high-performance environments.”
The range includes moisture-wicking polo shirts, wind-resistant gilets and lightweight bomber jackets, all worn by Jaguar TCS Racing drivers Mitch Evans and Nick Cassidy.
Featuring the team’s signature black, white, and gold aesthetic, the kit reflects the livery of the all-electric Jaguar I-TYPE 7.
James Barclay, Jaguar TCS Racing team principal, added: “It’s fantastic to launch the 2025 Jaguar TCS Racing team kit ahead of the double-header race in Jeddah this weekend.
“As a team, we take pride in our unified and highly professional presentation at races, and working with Reflo, we achieve this and so much more.
“Reflo is a brand that excels in the design and creation of sustainable sportswear, so they were the perfect match for us.
“Not only does this mean our kit is designed for performance and quality but it has been made with sustainable practices from the outset.
“With so much of our kit made from recycled materials and being recyclable at the end of its use, we are adopting circular practices and preventing the build-up of landfill.”
