Ison Harrison promotes five new partners
Yorkshire law firm Ison Harrison has promoted five team members to partner following a record-breaking year, with turnover exceeding £27 million in 2024 - a 23 per cent increase on the previous year.
The new partners include residential conveyancing specialists Sonia Millar and Samantha Worsman, who have played key roles in property transactions across the firm’s 20 offices.
Family lawyer Jessica Hudson, based in Huddersfield, has been recognised for building a thriving caseload since joining in 2019.
Marketing lead Stuart Cretch, who has been instrumental in shaping the firm’s strategy over 14 years, has also been promoted, along with clinical negligence expert Rachel Alderson, who has over 13 years’ experience in securing the best outcomes for clients.
Ison Harrison, now one of Yorkshire’s largest law firms, became 100 per cent employee-owned in 2022 and continues to expand its services across the region.
Jonathan Wearing, managing director, said: “Three years after becoming employee-owned, we've got 2025 underway with a fresh crop of partner promotions, building on our most successful year to date.
“Our sustained growth allows us to acknowledge the individual contributions of our team.
“With these five partner promotions which recognise the commitment of each team member, we're strengthening the firm’s financial foundation.
“Our innovative employee ownership model continues to benefit both our dedicated team and our expanding client base, setting the stage for an even more promising year ahead.”
