New HR agency offers ‘unique’ service
A Newcastle-based agency has launched promising to “bring something fresh to the HR sector”.
What’s Next Insights, co-founded by entrepreneur Glen Hall and marketer Sam Collier, aims to help HR and talent acquisition teams with employer branding, employee value proposition development and content marketing.
Originally launched as What’s Next in 2022, the consultancy evolved through a successful partnership with Glen’s Talent Insight Group.
Combining Sam’s marketing expertise and Glen’s industry experience, the firm is tapping into growing demand for strategic HR communications in an increasingly complex recruitment landscape.
Sam, who has worked with the BBC, Ocado and global baby brand Tommee Tippee, said: “I was brought up believing in the security of traditional employment, so launching a business was a leap of faith.
“I started What’s Next on a shoestring, so I’ve learned every aspect of running a company along the way.
“Having Glen’s experience to support this next phase is invaluable – together, we’re bringing something fresh to the HR sector.”
Glen, who previously built and sold a successful agency before launching Talent Insight Group, added: “What’s Next Insights is the perfect combination of Sam’s marketing talent and the deep expertise she’s gained working alongside Talent Insight Group.
“Our team’s research capabilities and experience in HR and talent acquisition provide a unique foundation for a service that understands the real challenges businesses face.”
