WJM celebrates senior promotions and growth
Wright, Johnston & Mackenzie LLP (WJM), a leading Scottish law firm, has promoted three new partners and two senior legal directors in a move to strengthen its growth across the country.
Sarajane Drake becomes WJM’s youngest partner in the commercial property team.
She has played a key role in expanding the firm’s presence in Glasgow.
Hannah Prentice has been promoted to partner in the private client team in Inverness, where she has built a strong client base and deepened her expertise.
Annie Pearson, also promoted to partner in Glasgow, has developed a specialism in tax and advises on complex personal and corporate matters.
Meanwhile, Katy Davenport and Fiona Kempsell have both been appointed senior legal directors, a new partner-equivalent role.
They will take on increased management responsibilities while continuing to grow their practices.
Fraser Gillies, managing partner at WJM, said: “The recent achievements of those within the firm are ones which are hugely deserved and should be celebrated for their significance.
“The likes of Sarajane, Hannah, Annie, Katy, and Fiona are tremendous examples of what is achievable for anyone willing to put in the work and dedication to their practice.”
