Switalskis secures double win at awards
A Yorkshire-based law firm has been recognised for its excellence in conveyancing, winning two major accolades at a national awards event.
Leeds-headquartered Switalskis took home the ‘Residential Property Team – Large Team of the Year’ and ‘New Build Conveyancing Team of the Year’ titles at the British Conveyancing Awards, which celebrate firms that drive innovation and client service in the property legal sector.
Sarah Cookson, director and head of Switalskis’ conveyancing team, said: “It’s an honour to see both our residential and new build conveyancing department recognised at these awards.
“Our conveyancing department continues to set the bar high in client care and technical excellence for anyone buying or selling a home.
“Equally, our new build team, led by fellow director Richard Wisnia, has gone from strength to strength, building strong partnerships with national and regional housebuilders and with our clients.
“Both awards are a true reflection of the dedication and expertise of our people.”
Operating across Yorkshire and London, Switalskis, which has expanded from a single office in Wakefield to eleven locations, employing more than 380 staff, specialises in residential and new build conveyancing.
