Training Club event boosts minds and bodies
A men’s fitness group in Washington, Tyne and Wear, has hosted an event aimed at boosting personal and professional growth.
The Training Club welcomed attendees to ‘Men’s Day: The High Performing Man,’ featuring insights from performance psychologist Chris Bodman and business mentor Danny Wicks on mindset, resilience and high performance.
Alongside expert talks, participants took part in a team training workout, highlighting the club’s community-driven ethos.
The event also featured food from Tiger Grill and sponsorship from Bulldog Skincare and Deep North.
Ross Colquhoun, founder of The Training Club, said: “This event was about more than fitness – it was about unlocking potential in all areas of life.
“We’re building a space where men can thrive physically, mentally, and professionally.”
The Training Club continues its series of community events, with its next run club set for Sunday, April 6, sponsored by Puresport.
