gunnercooke strengthens corporate team
Global law firm gunnercooke has appointed Guy Avshalom as an international corporate strategic partner.
With over 25 years’ experience in cross-border M&A, venture capital and corporate strategy, Guy has advised companies, funds, and high-profile entrepreneurs across the UK, US, UAE and Israel.
Previously general counsel and chief operating officer at Lionsgate UK, he led major deals in entertainment, finance and real estate.
At gunnercooke, he will focus on venture capital, growth investments and strategic advisory for investors and businesses.
