Duo of promotions at Hay & Kilner
Hay & Kilner has promoted Kayleigh Bell and Sophie Fletcher to associate, reinforcing its commitment to supporting future talent within the firm.
Kayleigh, based in the Newcastle office, is part of the family law team and has extensive experience in handling complex family matters, particularly those involving domestic abuse and high conflict situations.
She regularly represents clients in divorce, financial provision, child arrangement disputes and protection orders.
Sophie, from the rural and agricultural property department, advises on complex property matters, including land sales, rights of way and farm business tenancies.
Sophie works closely with farming families and rural businesses, helping them navigate the challenges of managing their property assets amidst sector changes.
