
New chief of staff joins Newcastle Building Society
Newcastle Building Society has appointed Nick Young as chief of staff, joining its executive team to support long-term strategy and growth.
Nick brings more than 20 years of experience from major UK financial services brands, most recently serving as chief strategy and insights officer at Leeds Building Society.
He will lead the development of the group’s strategic direction, with a focus on delivering growth and creating impact for members and regional communities.
Nick said: “I’m passionate about mutuality and the potential of purpose-led businesses.
“It’s an exciting time to be joining Newcastle Building Society as we move to the next stage of our own ambitious and innovative journey.
