New partner joins McCormicks
Harrogate law firm McCormicks has promoted employment law specialist Iain Jenkins to partner.
Iain joined the firm in 2019 and heads up its employment law department.
He recently represented former BBC presenter Liz Green in securing an apology and settlement from the broadcaster following a stalking campaign by jailed ex-presenter Alex Belfield.
He advises businesses across sectors including sport, tech and healthcare, as well as being a CEDR-accredited mediator.
Outside of work, Iain is a trustee of Harrogate International Festivals and Harrogate Town AFC’s Community Foundation.
Iain said: “It is a pleasure to be part of McCormicks, a practice with a strong reputation, great work and great colleagues.”
Senior partner Peter McCormick added: “We are delighted to welcome Iain as a partner.
“He has worked hard for his clients and the firm, and he deserves this recognition.”
