Gordons promotes duo to partner
Leeds-headquartered law firm Gordons LLP has promoted two senior lawyers to partner within its construction and property disputes teams.
Mark Smith, who joined the construction team in November, brings more than 25 years' experience in construction and engineering disputes.
Paul Joyce, who leads the property disputes team, joined the firm last July and has specialised in property litigation for over a decade.
Victoria Davey, managing partner at Gordons, said: “Mark and Paul have both made a significant positive impact since they joined the firm which has benefitted clients and colleagues alike.
“They are progressive lawyers with the ability to consistently provide commercially astute, practical advice whilst building enduring client relationships, which are all traits distinct to Gordons’ culture.
“We now look forward to them playing an even greater role within the firm’s leadership team as we continue to evolve our construction and property disputes practices.”
