Mackrell.Solicitors appoints senior litigator

Mackrell.Solicitors has appointed Mark Ovenell as a senior solicitor in its litigation and dispute resolution department.

Qualified since 2002, Mark brings over 20 years’ experience handling commercial litigation across the High Court and appellate courts. 

His work spans professional negligence, insolvency, financial disputes and director disqualification claims. 

Mark also has extensive experience representing clients in mediation and other forms of ADR.

He joins Mackrell.Solicitors as the firm continues to expand its capabilities in complex commercial litigation matters.
