‘Key milestone’ for Rezon with award nod
A sports technology company is gaining international attention after being shortlisted for a global award celebrating innovation in sport.
Stanley-headquartered Rezon has been named as one of just five finalists at the SPOT 2025 Awards, in Switzerland, recognising its pioneering work to improve athlete brain health.
The Rezon Halos, the firm’s flagship product, is the only CE-marked protective headband in the UK and Europe, designed to reduce rotational forces to the brain by up to 61 per cent and tackle the long-term impact of sub-concussive injuries.
Held at the Olympic Museum in Lausanne, Switzerland, the SPOT 2025 Awards bring together key players from across sport and technology worldwide.
Rezon’s inclusion highlights its growing global presence, with the product now available in 14 markets.
Judith McMinn, chief executive and founder of Rezon, said: “Being named an international finalist at SPOT 2025 is a huge honour and a powerful recognition of the science, ambition and mission behind Rezon.
“It marks another key milestone as we scale globally and continue to protect athletes of all ages with proven, pioneering neurotech.”
