Moore & Tibbits expands commercial property team
Moore & Tibbits Solicitors, based in Warwick, has expanded its commercial property team with the appointment of Elizabeth Harris as joint-head, alongside Sabrina Uppal and Priya Chohan.
Elizabeth returns to the team with over 25 years of experience in commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, lease negotiations and development work.
Sabrina, with 11 years of experience in large corporate law firms, brings strategic legal advice for a wide range of clients.
Meanwhile Priya, who qualified as a Solicitor in 2024, specialises in advising landlords and tenants on commercial property matters and asset management.
The expansion aligns with Moore & Tibbits’ continued growth following its recent rebrand and reinforces its position as a trusted legal advisor in the region.
Sat Bhandal, head of commercial property at Moore & Tibbits, said: “We are delighted to have Liz rejoin us after a period spent in-house and welcome Sabrina and Priya to the Moore & Tibbits family.
“This recruitment is on the back of a sustained period of growth and client acquisition for the commercial property team.
“The team continues to be in demand for all aspects of purchasing, selling or leasing commercial property and strategic land development.
“This expansion enables us to continue to support our growing client base and reinforces our commitment to providing high quality legal services in the commercial property sector.”
