Five promotions at Womble Bond Dickinson

International law firm Womble Bond Dickinson has announced five associate promotions across its Newcastle office.

Jenny Wilkes has been promoted in the agriculture, farms & estates team, where she advises on rural property transactions, agricultural tenancies and associated HM Land Registry work. 

Maisie Swindells, part of the commercial disputes & regulatory team, has been recognised for her work on a range of complex disputes and regulatory matters.

Andrew Sinclair has been promoted in the construction & engineering team. A chartered legal executive, he specialises in drafting and negotiating construction contracts, including JCT and NEC standard forms, as well as consultant appointments and collateral warranties. 

John Hendry, now promoted in the property disputes team, focuses on lease disputes, property contracts, boundary issues and telecommunications matters.

And Sophia Xiao has been promoted in the corporate team, where she advises on share option schemes, supports real estate transactions on tax issues and assists with tax covenants in mergers and acquisitions.
