Foot Anstey strengthens Manchester team

Law firm Foot Anstey has appointed Tom Kershaw, former general counsel and company secretary at boohoo group, as retail and consumer partner in its Manchester office.

With 10 years’ experience at one of the UK’s fastest-growing retailers, Tom will enhance Foot Anstey’s retail and consumer services across the North. 

His expertise spans commercial law, regulatory investigations, ESG and corporate reputation, advising founder-led and listed businesses.

Tom’s arrival follows earlier recruitment of IP and media expert Melanie McGuirk, marking a period of expansion as Foot Anstey targets the growing retail and lifestyle sectors in Manchester and beyond.
