mfg Solicitors adds property litigation specialist

Law firm mfg Solicitors has boosted its Property Litigation team with the appointment of Claire Liddy as a solicitor.

Based at the Bromsgrove office, Claire joins head of department Kirsten Bridgewater and partners Harjie Bindra and Kevin Morgan, alongside senior associate Stephanie Rushfirth.

Claire will handle cases including boundary disputes, restrictive covenant breaches, adverse possession, trespass, lease renewals and issues around property rights such as rights of way.

She said: “It’s a wonderful opportunity to join a firm which has such a tremendous reputation both regionally and nationally. 

“I’m excited to be joining at such a key period of growth and working alongside the team, I hope to bring a calm, measured approach and use my experience to help our clients find practical solutions to the property issues they face.”

The department also recently welcomed Worcester-based paralegal Bruce Rodford, growing the team to nine fee earners.

mfg Solicitors operates from offices in Bromsgrove, Worcester, Birmingham, Kidderminster, Ludlow and Telford.
