Law firm expands with Birmingham base
An employment law firm is expanding its reach with a new office in Birmingham.
Michael Cummins Employment Solicitors has opened its second location at 55 Colmore Row.
The eponymous firm, founded by Michael in 2022, serves a diverse client base including national companies and international businesses, especially in education and financial services.
Recent hires to the Birmingham team include senior associates Kate Cauldwell-Hunt and Katie Baker-Clifton, along with legal assistant Sally Smojkis.
Michael said: “Opening our new office in the business and legal heart of Birmingham is designed to power up our ambitious plans to grow in the West Midlands and beyond.
“We have consistently grown in each of our three years in business and that has included an increasing client base in the West Midlands.
“We have added three staff members in the last six months, a significant growth step for our young and specialist practice.
“Many of our team live in the West Midlands – and I was originally from Birmingham and went to school and worked in the city – so having a Colmore Row office is good for them and good for current and future clients we intend to attract.”
