Cadwalader appoints infrastructure finance partner
Cadwalader has strengthened its London office with the appointment of Rebecca Crowley as partner.
A recognised specialist in infrastructure and core-plus infrastructure finance, Rebecca advises sponsors, lenders and institutional investors on cross-border acquisition financings across asset classes, with a focus on digital infrastructure and energy.
Named a 'Rising Star' by The Legal 500 UK since 2021, she joins from the finance team of a major global law firm.
Rebecca is the latest in a series of senior lateral hires at Cadwalader in London, as the firm continues to grow its transactional capabilities across leveraged, private and fund finance.
She said: “I am very excited to be joining Cadwalader.
“The firm has a fantastic reputation in the market and, by adding my experience and skillset to their existing deep bench of lawyers across the financial markets, I believe the proposition is an excellent choice for clients seeking innovative financing solutions for their infrastructure assets.”
Pat Quinn, managing partner at Cadwalader, added: “We’re excited to welcome Rebecca to our firm.
“Her practice is synergistic with a range of our strengths in London, which we feel will be of great value to our clients.”
