Gateley boosts construction team with new hire
Gateley Legal has appointed Richard Allan as legal director in its Manchester office, further strengthening its national construction team.
Richard brings 19 years’ experience in construction and engineering disputes, joining from Irwin Mitchell.
He has advised major contractors, owners, funders and consultants on projects across the UK, Europe, the US, Russia and the Middle East.
He has particular expertise in energy sector disputes and fire safety claims, including cladding issues and will support housebuilders and developers nationwide.

“Its national offering is widely recognised within the market and provides a comprehensive service for clients alongside the consultancy businesses within the wider group which sets them apart within the industry.”
Gateley Legal’s construction team operates from seven offices in Belfast, Birmingham, Guildford, Leeds, Manchester, Nottingham and Dubai.
