Chadwick Lawrence launches new housing team
Yorkshire law firm Chadwick Lawrence has launched a new social housing management team, led by returning partner Justine Hunkins.
With 19 years’ experience in the sector, Justine re-joins the firm to develop its national offer for social housing providers, supported by partners Dan Hirst and Kaye Willis, and a nine-strong team.
The team is advising on Awaab’s Law preparations ahead of the October 2025 changes, as well as delivering specialist support across litigation, repairs, policy, training and compliance.
Justine said: “I am delighted to have re-joined Chadwick Lawrence, as the firm broadens its services for housing providers.
“I look forward to working with brilliant colleagues both old and new.”
Dan added: “We are thrilled to have welcomed Justine back to the firm.
“Justine’s wide-ranging experience and her passion for collaborative working to create bespoke solutions for her clients set her apart.
“We are excited about growing the social housing management team with Justine at the helm.”
