Fletchers appoints business development lead
Fletchers Group has named Michelle Beat as director of business development as the firm accelerates its strategic growth.
Michelle brings over 25 years of experience, joining from Irwin Mitchell where she was business development director.
She will lead Fletchers’ national marketing and partnership strategy, helping to drive expansion and strengthen the firm’s position in serious injury and clinical negligence law.
Michelle said: “I’m thrilled to join Fletchers, a business with such a strong reputation for legal excellence and client advocacy and I’m proud to join a team so deeply committed to helping clients rebuild their lives after serious life-changing injuries.
“I look forward to working closely with Adey and the wider leadership team to build on Fletchers’ success, and work towards their goal of ensuring that clients have the best possible life after injury.
“I am looking forward to collaborating with the team to strengthen our relationships within the legal and medical communities and expand our portfolio of partnerships with charities and other key organisations.”
Michelle’s appointment follows a year of investment and growth, including the acquisition of Scott Rees and the opening of a new Newcastle office.
Adrian Denson, chief legal officer at Fletchers, added: “We’re delighted to welcome Michelle to the team to support us through the next phase of growth.
“Attracting someone of Michelle’s calibre underlines how far Fletchers has come over the past few years, and the strength of our reputation in the sector, which has enabled us to attract a raft of high performing individuals.
“Michelle’s expertise in delivering impactful, sustainable business strategies and her deep understanding of client needs will be invaluable in helping us reach new milestones and deliver even greater value to those we represent.”
