Swinburne Maddison announces seven promotions
North East law firm Swinburne Maddison LLP has promoted seven lawyers across its Durham-based team, recognising standout performance following a record year.
Five have stepped up to managing associate, including private client solicitor Amy Pyman and dispute resolution specialist Jenna Keir-Kendrew.
In corporate and commercial, both Matt Ray and Rebecca Logue earned promotion, alongside Rebecca Harper in residential property.
Meanwhile, Kelly Jefferson and Mary Feather have also been promoted to associate within the dispute resolution and commercial property teams, respectively, reinforcing the firm’s investment in talent and leadership.
Jonathan Moreland, managing partner, said: “Recognising and developing our people is at the heart of Swinburne Maddison’s long-term success.
“These promotions reflect not only individual excellence but also a collective drive to deliver outstanding service to our clients.
“Each individual has shown unwavering dedication and ambition, and we are proud to support them as they take the next step in their careers.”
The announcement comes at a pivotal time for the firm, which now has a headcount of 90 and recently unveiled a refreshed brand identity.
Jonathan added: “Our strategic rebrand has galvanised the team and created a strong platform for future growth.
“We are incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved and even more excited about what lies ahead.”
