Knights adds real estate partner in Manchester

Law firm Knights has strengthened its real estate team in Manchester with the appointment of Phillip Birchall.

Phillip joins as partner, bringing over 20 years’ experience advising on complex, multi-phase development and regeneration schemes. 

He has held senior roles at Eversheds and Pinsent Masons and has worked across sectors including industrial, leisure, sport, retail and mixed-use.

His expertise includes joint ventures, framework agreements and competitive dialogue processes, supporting private developers, public bodies, funders, contractors and investors.

Phillip said: “I am delighted to join Knights and support the real estate team in driving forward its growth plans across the North West market and nationally.

Phillip will work alongside more than 60 professionals in Knights’ Manchester office as part of its 1250-strong national team, across 28 locations.
