Knights expands in Thames Valley with senior hire
Knights has welcomed leading dispute resolution partner Peter Sheppard to its Reading office, bolstering the firm’s presence in the Thames Valley.
Peter brings over 30 years’ experience in commercial and corporate litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, with a strong track record acting for businesses, not-for-profits and high net worth individuals.
Consistently recognised by Legal 500 and Chambers, he is ranked in the Legal 500 Hall of Fame for commercial litigation.
Peter specialises in technology, telecoms and corporate disputes, director and shareholder issues, commercial fraud and cross-border matters.
He is also known for helping clients avoid litigation through early-stage resolution strategies.
Peter said: “It’s an extremely exciting time to have joined Knights, who are the standout regional professional services firm nationally.
“The firm’s unique one team approach and national scale, combined with its strong local presence in the South East, provides a brilliant platform to deliver excellent service for clients.
“I am already seeing the benefit of working as part of such a talented team.”
Peter’s appointment follows Knights’ latest acquisition and signals the firm’s continued growth across the region.
James Christacos, client services director at Knights, added: “Peter is an extremely experienced lawyer who is a fantastic addition to not only our dispute resolution team, but also our growing regional presence in the Thames Valley.
“I’m delighted to have Peter onboard, with yet more talented professionals set to join us as we look to deliver on our ambitious plans for growth.”
