
Schofield Sweeney strengthens real estate team
Yorkshire law firm Schofield Sweeney has appointed Tim Richards as a new partner in its growing real estate team.
Tim brings extensive commercial property experience, including major land sales, leasebacks, development funding and public sector lettings.
Previously based at a Cheshire firm, Tim helped open their Yorkshire office and led its transaction team.
Tim said: “I’m delighted to be joining this dynamic and diverse real estate team - and one which also has such a strong focus on customer satisfaction and providing advanced technical support.

Tim is the fifth addition to Schofield Sweeney’s real estate team recently, which now ranks among the largest in the region with boasts specialist expertise in niche areas such as biodiversity net gain, Islamic finance and the energy sector.
The firm operates from Bradford, Leeds, and Huddersfield with a 175-strong workforce and over 25 years’ experience serving commercial clients.
