Envirovue targets growth with expert support
An environmental services firm is preparing for “exponential growth” with specialist leadership support.
Lancashire-based Envirovue, which helps businesses cut waste, costs and carbon, has partnered with executive coach Dale Harrison, founder of Evolution Happens, to deliver tailored management training ahead of a projected 100 per cent growth by 2025/26.
Dale, who launched his coaching company in 2021 and has more than 15 years' experience in operational and HR leadership, will lead two programmes focused on preparing managers for senior roles.
He said: “I’m delighted to begin working with Envirovue, as it continues its growth journey, to provide management development training.
“It’s my mission to support the team to upskill fantastic talent into fantastic leaders.
“My coaching approach draws on experience supporting leaders across a broad range of industry sectors, primarily through the outreach of global coaching platforms.
“It's been rewarding to see those insights applied so effectively within Envirovue's journey.
“Navigating the transition from technical manager into a business leader, either through a promotion or evolving business strategy, can be extremely challenging and is often overlooked.”

Daniel Redfern, director at Envirovue, which recently reported a 98 per cent increase in turnover for the 2024/25 financial year, added: “We’re entering an exciting period of growth and we’re working hard to create a training ethos that shows our commitment to our team, enabling them to grow with the business.
“Our assets are our people, and we’re thrilled to be working with Dale to upskill our fantastic team.”
