Fletchers boosts clinical negligence team
National law firm Fletchers Solicitors has strengthened its clinical negligence team with three senior appointments in its new Newcastle office.
Lindsey Henderson joins as senior associate and team leader, bringing 15 years’ experience, including previous NHS work.
Meanwhile, Jennifer Craven and Michelle Thomson, both senior associates, add extensive expertise in complex medical negligence cases.
Their appointments come as Fletchers responds to growing demand for specialist legal services in birth injury, diagnostic delays and maternity care failings.
Peter Rigby, managing director of Fletchers Solicitors’ clinical negligence division, said: “We’re thrilled to welcome such a talented group of lawyers to our team.
“Each brings not only outstanding technical expertise, but also the compassion and commitment that define our work in clinical negligence.
“Our three solicitors; Jennifer, Michelle and Lindsey, all have significant experience of working with the NHS in various capacities which gives them an unrivalled understanding of client care.
“Their arrival reflects our continued growth and investment in providing the highest quality legal support to clients across the UK.”
