Komori moves press operations to Batley
An industrial unit in West Yorkshire has been let to a global print company in a move aimed at supporting future growth.
Komori UK has signed a ten-year lease on 11,295sq ft premises at Triangle Business Park, in Batley, following a relocation from Seacroft, Leeds.
The company was advised by commercial property firm Dunlop Heywood.
Bosses say the Oakwell Way unit provides upgraded workspace and a more efficient layout to help streamline operations and boost productivity.
Steve Turner, Komori UK sales director, said: “The move underscores our commitment to investing in high-quality premises that enhance operational efficiency.
“As well as being the headquarters of the UK operation, the new facility houses a comprehensive parts storage and distribution department.
“Its location, right next to the major motorway networks, and only a few miles from Leeds Bradford Airport, is perfectly suited to support optimal distribution arrangements.”
Andrew Chandler, Dunlop Heywood director, added: “We are delighted to have assisted Komori in finding a new base that meets their operational needs and supports their future ambitions.
“Triangle Business Park offers excellent connectivity and modern facilities, making it an ideal choice for a business of Komori’s calibre.”
