Professional services group Gateley has promoted four new partners at its Manchester office as part of a wider round of 14 local promotions.
Lorna Harris, in employment; Ffion Brumwell-Hughes, in corporate; Robert Lye, in intellectual property; and Rachel Baker, in real estate, have all joined the partnership.
Meanwhile, Rebecca Mills has been promoted to legal director in banking, while Imogen Cox (corporate), Hannah Francois (pensions), Olivia Chester (real estate) and Richard Bailey (planning) have all stepped up to senior associate.
Rachel Palmer, in tax, and Emily Abell, in construction, have been made associates.
At Gateley Vinden, Paul Walker-Jones and James Read have both been promoted to director, with Nick Coffey taking on a new role as senior associate.
Stuart Evans and Hayley Sullivan, co-heads of the Manchester office, said: “Congratulations to all those who have been promoted and to our four new partners.
“These promotions are all richly deserved and testament to the exceptional results that everybody has produced as we continue to exceed our clients’ expectations.
“The continued development and progression of our people is incredibly important to us all and we look forward to supporting them all as they continue their careers with us.”
The firm now employs more than 200 people in Manchester and is celebrating its 15-year anniversary in the city.
The promotions are part of 73 made across Gateley nationally this year, with nine new partners appointed.
