Law firm takes 'breath of fresh air' with office switch
A law firm is expanding with an office move.
Aberdein Considine is shifting operations to Newcastle’s West One.
Bosses say the 5,000sq ft base will house around 70 staff working across volume recovery and banking litigation.
They add the hub, which includes a roof terrace, boardroom and meeting rooms, will also provide space for business advisory and employment and corporate lawyers, and staff working across commercial real estate.
The national law firm – which earlier this year reported a record financial period – was advised on the move from its previous Cloth Market home by commercial property consultancy Naylors Gavin Black.
Jacqueline Law, Aberdein Considine managing partner, said: “Our new office is a breath of fresh air for colleagues, providing light, attractive and inspiring working and collaboration spaces.
“We are grateful to Naylors Gavin Black for their support and look forward to continuing to deliver excellent services to clients from our new base.”
Jessica Ross, Naylors Gavin Black associate partner, added: “We helped Aberdein Considine make an informed decision about their next office.
“It fulfils their priorities on everything from location and size, to flexibility, connectivity, sustainability and budget.”
Aberdein Considine complements its Newcastle base with further offices in Aberdeen, Glasgow, Edinburgh and Manchester.
