Huddersfield Town scores fresh legal partnership
A football club has scored a fresh commercial partnership.
Huddersfield Town has appointed Chadwick Lawrence Solicitors as its official legal partner.
The move comes after the Yorkshire-based law firm negotiated the Terriers’ largest-ever sponsorship agreement, which saw the club’s ground renamed as the Accu Stadium.
It also builds on existing partnerships that include dugout and seating sponsorship, and programme, LED, television, jumbo screen and static sponsor board advertising.
Paul Reeves, Huddersfield Town chief revenue officer, said: “We are proud to partner with Chadwick Lawrence, and work with them on a professional basis as our trusted legal representatives on all commercial matters.
“The firm’s legal expertise and commercial know-how has been crucial in finalising some of the largest commercial sponsorship terms that the club has worked on.
“These are huge developments for the club, and Chadwick Lawrence played a vital role in working with us to get them contracted and finalise commercial terms.”
Neil Wilson, managing partner at Chadwick Lawrence, which has offices in Bradford, Guiseley, Halifax, Horbury, Huddersfield, Leeds, Morley and Wakefield, added: “Our relationship continues to grow, and we are thrilled to officially be named as the club’s official legal partner.
“This collaboration reflects the firm’s deep roots in the West Yorkshire community and our commitment to supporting local sport and business.”
