Real estate firm grows with mortgage partnership
A real estate operator has launched a mortgage brokerage joint venture.
Ashbrookes Group is working with NextGen Finance.
Bosses say the move will allow Ashbrookes Group to “expand its range of services to homeowners, investors and property developers across the North East”.
Arif Mushtaq, chief executive at Ashbrookes Group, which operates estate agency branches in Middlesbrough, Yarm and Sunderland, said: “This partnership is a perfect fit for our business and clients.
“As a property developer, we understand how crucial access to the right finance is, whether it is to support a first-time buyer, a seasoned landlord or a developer ready to start a new project.”
Chris Brown, director of Newcastle-based brokerage firm NextGen Finance, which operates within the national Simpli Financial Solutions network, added: “We’re delighted to partner with Ashbrookes Group.
“We’ll be able to provide expert advice and finance solutions that help people at every stage of their property journey.”
The partnership comes after Ashbrookes Group secured planning approval to redevelop Middlesbrough’s Linthorpe Assembly Rooms into student accommodation and received backing to turn a former Sunderland Job Centre into an 84-apartment base.
