Employee support firm evolves with office move
An employee and culture support firm is expanding.
&Evolve is moving to a larger base in Warwick Innovation Centre.
Bosses say the increased space will boost its workforce’s ability to “collaborate better and support its growing client base”.
Working with firms including BUPA, Chester Zoo and Dunelm, the company translates theories and science into practical applications to help businesses improve culture and performance.
Amrit Sandhar, founder and chief executive, said: “As we help organisations create healthier, more purpose-driven workplaces, it’s important our own space reflects the same values.
“Our new office will give us the space to grow while staying true to our expertise and our ethos of putting people first.”
The headquarters switch will be accompanied by the arrival of Ali Brown, a lead occupational psychologist and executive coach, who will join the firm in September.
