New partnership aims to simplify ESG compliance
A new partnership has been launched to streamline ESG and property solutions.
Harrogate-headquartered Flotilla, a sustainability tech and advisory firm, and Leeds-headquartered Sanderson Weatherall, a national property consultancy, have joined forces to offer integrated solutions that combine environmental compliance with property management.
The partnership brings together Flotilla’s sustainability platform and ESG expertise with Sanderson Weatherall’s real estate and asset management capabilities.
Bosses say the collaboration will help businesses navigate evolving regulations, including Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES), while protecting the value of their property portfolios.
They add the partnership will support companies in establishing and reducing their carbon footprints, providing a holistic approach to sustainable property management and investment decisions.
Peter Kirby, commercial director at Flotilla, said: “We are incredibly excited about this partnership with Sanderson Weatherall.
“Their deep understanding of the property market, combined with our technology and ESG expertise, creates a powerful offering.
“Together, we can provide clients with the clarity and actionable insights needed to not only meet compliance requirements but also to drive genuine, sustainable change and growth across their property portfolios.”
Kyle Frith, head of Sustainability at Sanderson Weatherall, added: “Collaborating with Flotilla significantly enhances our ability to deliver comprehensive sustainability solutions to our clients.
“In today’s market, property owners and occupiers require more than just traditional consultancy; they need integrated strategies that address carbon reduction and net-zero ambitions alongside their commercial objectives.
“This partnership ensures our clients are well-equipped to navigate these complex demands.”
The alliance also reflects both firms’ commitment to the principles of the B Corporation movement, demonstrating a shared focus on long-term impact, responsible business practices and fostering a greener built environment for clients across the UK.
